1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the allwinbet website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). allwinbet is operated by its registered entity and is made available to eligible users in the Philippines.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the allwinbet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the allwinbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of allwinbet, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the allwinbet Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

allwinbet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) allwinbet account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. allwinbet uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. allwinbet is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

allwinbet is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your allwinbet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. allwinbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify allwinbet immediately and change your password without delay.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

allwinbet accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

allwinbet does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposit processing times vary by method; GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. allwinbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

allwinbet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements. allwinbet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the allwinbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

allwinbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• allwinbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• allwinbet's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the allwinbet Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

allwinbet uses certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual games and live physical equipment for live dealer games. The integrity of all games is maintained through regular audits and technical controls. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, allwinbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

allwinbet's decision on the outcome of any disputed game result is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the allwinbet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the allwinbet Platform without the prior written consent of allwinbet. Unauthorized use of allwinbet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, allwinbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

allwinbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

allwinbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy

allwinbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the allwinbet Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
